Sunday Special! Christ brought us together through his death on the cross.
“And I, as I am lifted up from the earth, will attract everyone to me and gather them around me.” (John 12:32, Message Bible- MSG)
Yes, this special’s been on since Jesus was lifted up on the cross. His ministry is that of attraction, not compulsion.
The Lord doesn’t make anyone believe. He leaves that option open for us.
As we look at this week’s special, we’ll realize how attractive the Lord Jesus is for our daily and eternal lives.
Special Available all week. Details below.
“Christ brought us together through his death on the cross. The Cross got us to embrace, and that was the end of the hostility. Christ came and preached peace to you outsiders and peace to us insiders. He treated us as equals, and so made us equals. Through him, we both share the same Spirit and have equal access to the Father.” (Ephesians 2:16–18, MSG)

Giv’m heaven,
Your brother,
John Parker
I think the “I will draw all men…” is a continuous drawing, not a one time drawing at the cross. The drawing has been going on since sin first took place as he went searching and calling to Adam and Eve hiding in the garden.
When believers demonstrate peace with one another instead of brand name division or clergy vs laity division which stops the hostility between the divided parties, there will be more drawing by our godliness rather than hindering the unbelievers to God’s work. Paul spoke about a “hindrance to the gospel of Christ” in the previous verses of phony reasons why believers want to pay people to lead instead of leadership “free of charge”. 1 Cor 9:4-end. Clergyism is a “hindrance” while Jesus is drawing. Believers need to clean up their walk so they do not oppose the one they claim to follow.
If someone does not understand what I said or the scripture when you read it, we can discuss it.
thanks, Tim!
